About Me

Paul began his investment industry career with Stifel in 2025 after spending nearly two decades leading technical teams, infrastructure projects, and test programs for the U.S. Army and the Department of Veterans Affairs. During these stints, he drove innovation in test technology for defense applications and developed successful teams while also managing budgets and contracts.

Paul earned a B.S. in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology and a Master of Engineering Management from Pennsylvania State University. He also holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses.

Paul strives to form client relationships built on a bedrock of integrity and trust, and he works to get to know his clients by learning about their interests, background, goals, and tolerance for risk. He believes that a successful investment strategy requires a well thought out plan, consistency, and diligence, and he endeavors to put his clients in the best possible position to pursue their financial and life goals.

Away from work, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, Mallary. The couple stay busy with the various activities of their three children, Peyton, Stella, and Paxton. When he’s not busy with the kids, Paul enjoys spending time outdoors – mountain biking, hiking, fishing, and shooting sports are his favorite activities – working on home projects, and taking care of property his family owns.
